QSL and bad faith

On the QSL policy and the bad faith of some Swl: the radio station Radio Carpathia does not send audience confirmations to certain Asian countries, you can read the reason directly from the radio station manager in a post on the WRTH Facebook page.  Answer with which I agree. When asked by a user what the reason was, Radio Carpathia replied as follows:

“The reason is very simple: neither of the two frequencies that I use (9670 kHz Channel292 and 5850 kHz WRMI) have the power to reach Asia and be picked up on some cheap portable receiver. It is obvious that those reception reports are fake. If someone from those countries has actually listened to my broadcast (via KiwiSDR, etc) and is able to prove it (recording, at least 15 minutes of program details), then I am happy to issue an eQSL card. In fact, I have done that several times in the past few months, because the listeners in question actually acknowledged they were using a KiwiSDR, and provided proof. I find it amazing how many people are willing to lie for what is basically a PDF with a picture.”
